At the end of the day, your success depends on people.  During this presentation, participants will discuss the need for consistent succession planning as part of the organization's human resource planning.  The focus will be on the components of an effective succession plan including; identifying key positions, turnover rates, exit interviews, revisiting estimated retirement dates, one to three year development programs, as well as tracking results and the annual review process.   The only thing that is certain is change.  Will your organization be ready?
